DMCA & Copyright Policy

Effective date: April 12, 2026

SiteDialect (operated by GIGDATA LLC) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same.

1. How SiteDialect Handles Content

SiteDialect generates AI-powered translations of website content that our customers authorize us to translate. We do not host or originate the source content — it comes from our customers' websites. Translated versions are cached on our servers solely to deliver the translation service.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that translated content served through SiteDialect infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent. Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material, including the URL where it appears
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email
  5. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing translated content
  • Notify the customer whose site content was translated
  • Provide the customer with an opportunity to file a counter-notification

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and the URL where it previously appeared
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. Consent to jurisdiction of federal courts in Orange County, California

5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. Designated DMCA Agent

All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to:
